Yet thebusiness that supports and operates our universities is more complex. Outside theUnited States, only a small number of Laureate employees are not directly employedby a university. Typically, these employees will be introduced under the banner ofLaureate International Universities, while identifying the corporateentity they represent in all legal representations.
