Having served in the BritishArmy for 27 years, after numerouspromotions and positions, he ended hismilitary career in 1992 as a communicationsofficer with responsibility for securing thenetworks deployed in theatres around theworld.After retiring from the British Army in1992, Mr. McClelland continued to utilizehis experience in the field of defencecommunications.
