Terms & ConditionsContinued…MUSICThe Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN) levy afee applicable to all functions using music for entertainment purpose. SOCAN feesare $59.17 for dancing and $29.56 without dancing (plus GST) and are applied tothe final bill.DRESS CODEGuests must abide by the dress code policy of B.G.G.C. in that proper attire mustbe worn in and around the clubhouse: i.e. no ripped/torn attire, no tank tops or t-shirts, no short skirts, etc. This includes any visits to the clubhouse to setup,takedown or plan your event.SMOKINGPlease be advised smoking is strictly prohibited inside the clubhouse and on all ofour upstairs patios.CELLULAR PHONESGuests must abide by the policy of B.G.G.C. that prohibits the use of cellulartelephones in and around the clubhouse.COURSE ACCESSAccess to any parts of the Club or its golf grounds not previously arranged with theCatering Department is strictly prohibited. In a case where permission has beengranted by the Catering Department, access is provided only when supervised byClubhouse staff.LIABILITYB.G.G.C. reserves the right to inspect and monitor all functions and to discontinueservice to some or all guests in the event of the violation of B.G.G.C. polices orProvincials Laws. B.G.G.C. will not accept responsibility for items brought on toB.G.G.C. property or for any items left behind following the event. Personal effectsmust be removed at the end of each event unless prior arrangements have beenmade with the Catering Office.
