Compendium of Programs and ServicesAppendix F provides a detailed breakdown of <strong>the</strong> programs and services funded by <strong>the</strong> Community CorrectionsDiversion Program Grant (Grant C) for fiscal year 2012. To receive funding under <strong>the</strong> grant, juvenile probationdepartments submitted a program plan that addressed each area in which <strong>the</strong> department would utilize <strong>the</strong>se funds.The program plan included a description of <strong>the</strong> proposed services, <strong>the</strong> number of juveniles to be served and <strong>the</strong>length of time juveniles were to stay in <strong>the</strong> program, placement or supervision. The program plan categories were:Supervision;Programs;Services; andResidential placement.Departments also had to submit a proposed budget with <strong>the</strong> program plan. The budget summary included all costsassociated with <strong>the</strong> programs and services as well as a narrative explanation for <strong>the</strong> following categories:Salaries and fringe benefits;Travel and training costs;Supplies, equipment and direct operating expenses;Non-residential services; andResidential services.Funding was released to departments upon receipt and approval of program plans and budget proposals.
