Vol. 26, No. 1, 2009Indonesian Agricultural Research Abstractsmaterial was S. hamata seed, grown in 7 kg soil media in polybag, fertilized by 10% of rabbit manure (700g per polybag). Treatments were (1) rabbit manure + Probion, (2) rabbit manure + Biovet, (3) rabbitmanure + Trichoderma, (4) rabbit manure only, (5) control (without manure). The treatments werearranged in randomized completely design and replicated 9 times. Data collected were manure quality,plant height, fresh and dry weight of shoot during 6 time harvests with cutting interval 6 weeks. Theresults showed that the quality of manure increased organic matter content when probiotic was added (C/N11-12%, while without probiotic C/N was 10%).
