THE GENERAL<br />
ASSEMBLY<br />
The General Assembly, which meets<br />
at least four times a year, makes<br />
fundamental decisions of strategic<br />
importance to the channel, approves<br />
the Business Plan and not only appoints<br />
members but also top managerial staff<br />
to ARTE GEIE. The twelve delegates<br />
– six German and six French – represent<br />
the two members of the ARTE Group.<br />
The associate partners, RTBF, ORF<br />
and TVP have an advisory role.<br />
