From the date of order, clients can
have their machinery ready within three
months. But before that can happen,
there is the consultancy stage between
client and MiSSP.
'The client will come to us and tell us
what is required. We can supply automatic
and semi-automatic machines for
various types of manufacturing capacities.
The client can also decide on the
type of pneumatic and electronic features
of the machine as well as the individual
types of moulds which are required. We
will also look at the width of the film to
be used and can accept those with up to
1500 mm. Other add on features may
also be required but we will look at each
case individually and then our own highly
skilled engineers will install the equipment
at the clients' location.'
Once the equipment has been sold and
installed, it provides a full range of after
sales service for its clients.
'Our service centre provides our clients
on a wide range of after sales service.
This includes precommissioning, back
up and post-warranty service, audit of
equipment units, necessary repairs or the
replacement of equipment once the
guarantee period finishes, training for
our clients' staff on how the equipment
operates and of course delivery of spare
parts and accessories for installed equipment,'
says Ljudmila Tchizhenko.
'When clients need to expand we will
support them and the machinery already
purchased. This is particularly the case
when new moulding block are required.'

founded in 1995 and supplies to support
to MiSSP in communications infrastructure.
Camozzi is based on making a workers'
job more interesting and eliminating
monotonous repetitive jobs at the same
time as adding to safety requirements
and environmental protection. For
MiSSP it is involved with each stage of
the design, development and manufacturing
of its machinery.
Airpol is a company involved in the
manufacturing of compressors. It was
founded in 1991 using American and
