During the cutting sequence the flush valve does not work normally and the flushing timemay vary depending on the cutting time. After the cutting sequence the flush valve shouldwork normally.• Check if the pump or the flush valve is blocked by particles. If the flush valve is blockedby particles, the most possible reason is worned out cutting parts on the pump.• Check the outer membrane 601 98 00, the membrane is normally filled with oil. If themembrane is collapesed, the most possible reason is, that the inner membrane 601 9700 is damaged. Clean the oil chamber and the regulating valve 602 03 00 and replacethe inner membrane. Fill up the oil chamber with 0,07 litre of the recommended oil.• If the outer membrane 601 98 00 seems to be filled with oil, check that the oil is cleanand clean the holes in the regulating valve 602 03 00.<strong>Flush</strong> valve function test:• Adjust the regulating valve to setting "1".The flush valve should now close within max. 40 seconds.If the flush valve still does not close after above mentioned actions, the ball and the valvehousing have to be replaced.Note!<strong>Flygt</strong> <strong>4910</strong>, <strong>Flush</strong> <strong>Valve</strong> (EN)Please note that other solutions, such as "home designed" outlet bends or applicationsmay destroy the required underpressure and lead to a non-closing valve.<strong>Flygt</strong> <strong>4910</strong>, <strong>Flush</strong> <strong>Valve</strong> Installation, Care and Maintenance 31
