GOLFSECTION 19 - LOSS AND HIRE OF GOLF EQUIPMENTCover is only in place if the Golf Cover premium has been paid.WE will pay1) Loss of Golf EquipmentUp to the amount shown in the Schedule of Cover & Limits, for the value of repair of YOUR owngolf equipment (after making proper allowance for wear and tear and depreciation) or hired golfequipment, if they are lost, stolen or damaged during YOUR trip. Claims for any single article arelimited to the amount shown in the Schedule of Cover & Limits.2) Hire of Golf Equipmenta) £75 per day, up to the amount shown in the Schedule of Cover & Limits,b) for the reasonable cost of hiring replacement golf equipment as a result of theaccidental loss, theft or damage of YOUR own golf equipment during the Period ofinsurance.YOU ARE NOT COVERED1) for the theft of YOUR own or YOUR hired golf equipment;2) if YOUR own or YOUR hired golf equipment is lost, damaged or delayed in transit if YOU donot;a) notify the carrier (i.e. airline, shipping company etc.) immediately and obtaina written Carrier’s Report (or Property Irregularity Report in the case of an airline) ;orb) follow up in writing within seven days to obtain a written Carrier’s Report (orProperty Irregularity Report in the case of an airline), if YOU are unable to obtain oneimmediately;3) for loss, destruction, damage or theft from confiscation or detention by customs or other officialsor authorities;4) for YOUR own or YOUR hired golf equipment stolen from:a) an unattended vehicle unless it was in the rear boot or luggage area of the vehicleand is covered so as not to be visible from outside the vehicle, or items stored on a roofrack (unless the vehicle is parked within sight of YOU), and there is evidence of forcibleand violent entry;b) an unattended vehicle (other than motorcaravans) left for any period between thehours of 9pm and 9am;5) for anything mentioned in the Conditions and General Exclusions.SECTION 20 – LOSS OF GREEN FEESCover is only in place if the Golf Cover premium has been paid.WE will payUp to £75 per day, up to the amount shown in the Schedule of Cover & Limits, in total for theunused portion of YOUR Green Fees costs paid for or contract to be paid for before YOUR tripcommenced, where YOU do not curtail the trip, but are certified by a medical practitioner as40
