Based on the table itis evident that the municipality together with the Department of Social Service should address the issue of day carecentres at the places where they are not available. The challenge is that there may be day care centres at the saidareas but are not registered and therefore the municipality should jointly with the Department of Social Servicesensure that such centres are registered. The municipality will support all efforts both government and civil societythat seek to attain the ideals of the rights contained in the bill of rights.
