ACADEMICSAccounting program welcomes Carillon software giftThe Orfalea College of Business hasreceived a gift of software fromCarillon Financials Corporation toteach enterprise resource planning(ERP) systems to accounting students.In their forthcoming textbook,Arline Savage, Ph.D., CA (SA),accounting professor and Deloittefaculty fellow at Cal Poly, and coauthorRoberta Anne Barra, Ph.D.,CPA, assistant professor of accountingat the University of Hawaii at Hilo andformer Cal Poly professor, focus onteaching students how to use accountingsystems using Carillon ERP.
