VWH CASCADE MASTER PUMP AND SENSOR WIRINGNOTE: The term MASTER boiler refers to the bottom boiler of the designated master MODCON 1000 or 1700.1. 2. If it is desired to have the boiler control the boiler pump, connect the boiler pump to the BOILER HOT, BOILER NEUT, and BOILERGND terminals.3. If this is a MASTER boiler in a multiple MODCON 1000 or 1700 installation, disconnect the factory supplied supply sensor and wirethe pipe sensor placed on the common piping to the storage tank to the open supply sensor terminals.4. Connect the tank sensor or aquastat to the DHW sensor terminals of the boiler directly on top of the MASTER boiler.5. Do not connect anything to the OUTDOOR SENS or THERMOSTAT terminals.6. If a 0-10 volt positive going DC signal input is used, connect to marked terminals.N. VWH CASCADE FOLLOWER PUMP AND SENSOR WIRING1. If it is desired to have the boiler control the boiler pump, connect the boiler pump to the BOILER HOT, BOILER NEUT, and BOILERGND terminals.2. Do not connect anything to the OUTDOOR SENS, 0-10V, or THERMOSTAT terminals.3. If it is desired to monitor the boiler system to detect a lockout condition, a dry contact alarm relay is provided. Please see Figure 23for wiring suggestions for this relay.
