Scholarships areawarded for tuition for a student’s three years <strong>of</strong> master <strong>of</strong>divinity coursework.Deans Scholarships provide one half <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> cost <strong>of</strong> tuition. LSTC providedfinancial aid scholarships totaling over$146,000 for 34 students to support <strong>the</strong>ircoursework and continuing studies. Three intern<strong>at</strong>ionalstudents received ELCA Global Mission Partnership Fellowships for bothtuition and living expenses. Two students received fellowships through A Center<strong>of</strong> Christian-Muslim Engagement for Peace and Justice. In addition to those noted below, IskandarBcheiry was <strong>the</strong> first recipient <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Esperanza de Santa Maria Fellowship and Una Stroda received <strong>the</strong>Intern<strong>at</strong>ional Women’s Scholarship.“LSTC is gr<strong>at</strong>eful to <strong>the</strong> many generous people who have cre<strong>at</strong>ed fellowships and scholarshipsth<strong>at</strong> support <strong>the</strong> next gener<strong>at</strong>ion <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>ologians and teachers studying <strong>at</strong> <strong>here</strong>.
