Landscape design, urbansignage and lighting should complement the desired image both fordaytime and night time experiences..3 Insert singular iconic buildings and structures at strategic locations withinthe urban fabric and sub-region to perform as orientation markers fortown dwellers and visitors as well as to impart greater significance andmeaning to the overall urban experience..4 Develop urban and civic nodes at various locations of the town as centersof public activity and city level destinations for all users.
