The Guild <strong>Art</strong> Gallery, founded in Mumbai in<br />
late 1997, has established a major international<br />
reputation for its commitment to showing significant<br />
artists whose work is ambitious, challenging and<br />
intellectually driven. Since its inception, the Gallery’s<br />
mission has been to represent, support and nurture<br />
the work of emerging cutting edge artists possible<br />
for them to take risks and come up with ambitious<br />
projects. In 2006, The Guild <strong>Art</strong> Gallery opened an<br />
additional space in Manhattan’s Chelsea art district<br />
to expand and to forge new ties with communities<br />
