Shareholder emphasis continued to focus on return to shareholder, quality of service, workforce revitalization,and the Green agenda. The annual Crown sector executive conference was held in September. The purpose of theconference, “Connected to Vision”, was to revisit the Crown Sector Strategic Plan and affirm that our sector initiatives andpriorities were still connected to the overall vision.A number of external performance indexes were not measured in 2004 as they are currently under review.C I C32
