Traffic should be allowed to go straight across 41 to the hospital; and back from hospitalto Waldemere. This will absolutely be necessary if Hawthorne (west <strong>of</strong> 41) is closed for expanded E. R. construction.Waldemere St is humped in the middle (again) when repaved. The asphalt is now higher than most yards,and 7" curb/gutters are now 5"! When it rains, water can't flow fast enough to get to storm drains--thusbacking water up into yards.
