• District Plans are worked out in such a manner that these serveas subset of the Comprehensive District Agriculture Plans (CDAP)prepared for the District under (Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana(RKVY).• The DAAPs will be consolidated in the form of State Extension WorkPlan (SEWP) which then forms a part of State Agriculture Plan (SAP).SREP BAP DAAP SEWPCDAPSAP1.4.8. Components of the Scheme:The <strong>Revised</strong> Scheme has two sub-sets of activities:(i) Specialist and Functionary Support at various levels whichhas to be necessarily put in place over the years as per theapproved phasing and availability of funds. However, in the case ofStates which are already having the same/higher numbers of dedicatedextension functionaries possessing similar qualifications & experienceas approved under the Scheme and detailed at Annexure-II (a) andAnnexure III (b), the required number of persons will get reducedaccordingly. Specialist and functionary support could be availed atState, District, Block and Village level to an overall extent of 50%during 2010-11, subject to availability of funds with the States.Within this ceiling of 50%, the States may evolve their own priorities forfilling up these posts at various levels.
