V. Evaluation of the Training CoursesEvaluation of the training participants about their understanding on the subjects pof thetraining courses. They were assessed for each module subjects: Introduction to RenewableEnergy, Solar energy; wind energy; biomass energy; and microhydro. A general evaluation wasalso conducted on the result of the complete training courses, that include several aspects suchas: Achievement of the training objective; method of training; quality of training material;overall assessment on the training; food and lodging. A detail evaluation on each trainingcourse will be explained in this chapter. All information gathered based on the questionnairesdistributed during the trainings.5.1. General EvaluationThe following evaluation is the average score of each criteria assessed by all participants of thetraining in five venues (139 people). Most participants perceived the training are good in termsof achievement of the training objective; method of training; quality of training material; overallassessment; Food and lodging. Participants mostly stated that they have achieved the expectedtraining objectives.The participants suggested improvement in terms of time allocation and the number of subjectscovered in the training, where most of participants think that the material were too manyconsidering the limited time available.
