THE CREATION OF THENAME AND HEADQUARTERSARTICLE 1It is created within the Episcopal Commission<strong>Caritas</strong> Development (ECDC) aframework of support called "SolidarityFund".ARTICLE 2The headquarters of the Solidarity Fund isestablished at 59, Avenue Mont VirungaCommune de la Gombe, Kinshasa City,Democratic Republic of Congo.TITLE II. NATURE, PURPOSE ANDSOCIAL ACTION RADIUS.ARTICLE 3The Solidarity Fund is a set ofproperties that allow the Church-Family of God in DR Congo, <strong>to</strong>express love, solidarity and supportlocal initiatives <strong>to</strong> supportvulnerable populations in theevent of disasters and humanitariansituation of post - conflict.ARTICLE 4The Solidarity Fund coversthe whole of the DemocraticRepublic of Congo.It may, in the context of universalsolidarity, with the approvalof the CENCO,achieve its interventions inother countries in need.TITLE III. RESOURCE OFTHE PERIOD AND DISTRI-BUTIONARTICLE 5Resources from the SolidarityFund come from:Contributions collected inparishes and deposited at theDiocese; Contributions income-generatingactivities(raffles, sporting, recreationaland other competitions etc.),Silver or other property collectedand target projects forself financing;Lève-<strong>to</strong>i et marche n°027 Juillet– Septembre201220
