This is a <strong>Caritas</strong>Development which <strong>to</strong>ok its currentconfiguration in the spirit of unityfor over four years. It has the BDDor Diocesan Office of Development,<strong>Caritas</strong> <strong>Caritas</strong> Diocesan Officeand the Diocesan Office orBDOM Medical Works. It shouldbe noted, however, that these officeswere established at differenttimes in the 1990s. Each is headedby a Direc<strong>to</strong>r, however, their coordinationis unique. They have thesame accounting and even a secretariatregarding common issues.Accounting functions relating <strong>to</strong>special projects that manages eachof these offices.- Different projectsFollowing an interview with caritasdev.cdin 2011 by the Bishop ofBoma, Bishop Cyprian Mbuka, theOffice of <strong>Caritas</strong> Boma Developmentcarries out various projects.Office for Diocesan <strong>Caritas</strong> theseprojects in the year above were forOrphans and Vulnerable Childrenin conjunction with UNICEF as apartner, a multisec<strong>to</strong>ral project withthe World Bank as a partner, with acomponent of rehabilitation offeeder road agricultural (5 km)from the perspective of helpingfarmers <strong>to</strong> produce first and then <strong>to</strong>sell their products. Officesseparated BDOM, <strong>Caritas</strong> and Developmentwere created in those parisheswhose bottleneck is their non operational.It should come <strong>here</strong> <strong>to</strong> wringthe neck of the pernicious idea thatpredominates in these environments,namely the persistence of a certainmentality of these separate officesBDOM, <strong>Caritas</strong> and DevelopmentOffice Diocesan waiting managingprojects or something benefits oncethey are asked <strong>to</strong> perform a job.
