Troubleshooting31Motor runs in the opposite direction and speed adjustpotentiometer is connected for unidirectional operation1. Remove AC line voltage.2. Reverse connections to the motor armature.Motor slows under load1. Check that the drive has been correctly calibrated for themotor.2. Check that the motor is not overloaded.3. Readjust the IR COMP slightly CW until motor runs atproper speed.Motor is unstable under loadReadjust the IR COMP setting slightly CCW until motorspeed is stabilized.Motor only runs at full speed1. Check if the speed adjust potentiometer is open.2.
