Getting Started GuideStep 3: Click the Secure Agent Access dropdown located at the bottom of the page.Secure Agent Access Dropdown MenuYou can choose from 3 options: All Reservations – all users can access all agency reservations and saveditineraries Agent Reservations Only – all users can only access their own reservations andsaved itineraries Agent Specific Access – you have the flexibility to select the access level – AllReservations or Agent Reservations Only - for each individual userStep 4: Click Submit after selecting the Secure Agent Access option to update. Themessage Agent Security Access has been updated appears at the top of the AgencyPreferences screen.Secure Agent Access Update ConfirmationSetting individual agent access for an existing userIf you have selected the Agent Specific Access for your agency, you can set Secure AgentAccess for each existing user. The default setting is All Reservations for all existing users.Step 1: Select Manage Users from the Member Services menu.
