業 務 職 掌 Primary Duties本 處 主 要 職 掌 包 括 : 消 費 者 保 護 基 本 政 策 及 計 畫 之 研 ( 修 ) 訂 、 協 調與 監 督 中 央 及 地 方 主 管 機 關 業 務 之 執 行 、 消 費 者 保 護 法 之 研 修 、 重 大 消 費爭 議 事 件 之 協 調 處 理 等 , 並 負 責 辦 理 行 政 院 消 費 者 保 護 會 之 幕 僚 作 業 。DCP’s primary duties include: to draft/amend basic consumerprotection policies and plans, to coordinate and supervise theexecution carried out by the agencies of the central and localgovernment, to draft/amend consumer protection laws, to mediateand handle significant consumer disputes.
