為 防 止 及 避 免 企 業 經 營 者 利 用 不 公 平 的 定 型 化 契 約 破 壞 交 易 之 公 平 與 對 等 , 與 中 央 主 關 機關 合 作 推 動 定 型 化 契 約 範 本 , 以 及 應 記 載 及 不 得 記 載 事 項 的 訂 定 , 總 共 逾 百 種 , 供 企 業 及 消 費Moreover, DCP sets different promotional themesaccording to the types of emerging consumer issues, andinnovative governmental measures in consumer protection.者 使 用 ; 其 範 圍 涵 蓋 金 融 保 險 、 休 閒 旅 遊 、 房 屋 車 輛 、 醫 療 保 健 、 保 育 教 養 、 殯 葬 禮 儀 、 運 輸通 信 、 補 習 等 產 品 或 服 務 , 並 透 過 主 管 機 關 對 企 業 經 營 者 使 用 定 型 化 契 約 之 查 核 , 以 維 護 消 費者 平 等 之 權 益 。針 對 各 種 危 害 消 費 者 安 全 與 公 平 的 消 費 議 題 , 透 過 新 聞 發布 及 網 站 提 供 相 關 消 費 資 ( 警 ) 訊 ; 並 強 化 對 消 費 者 保 護 意 識相 對 欠 缺 之 消 費 族 群 ( 如 學 生 、 老 年 人 、 原 住 民 、 新 住 民 ) 的In order to prevent business operators from breaking fair trade and equality practicesthrough their using of unfair standardized contract, DCP cooperates with the centralagencies to promote standardized contract forms and the mandatory and prohibitoryprovisions of standardized contract. There are over 100 kinds in place for enterprises andconsumers to use, including goods and services, e.g., finance, insurance, recreation,tourism, real estate, vehicles, healthcare, education, funeral services, transportation,communication, etc. The responsible agencies will examine the standardized contractsused by business operators to protect consumers’ interests.教 育 宣 導 作 為 。Through press releases and its website, DCP will providerelevant consumer information or warning through the newsand websites focused on various consumer issues in regardto consumers’ safety and fair practices. DCP also increaseits education outreach to those who are relatively lessaware of consumer rights such as students, elders, residentsand immigrants.對 新 興 的 消 費 議 題 主 管 機 關 不 明 , 或 不 同 機 關 間 發 生 消 費 者 保 護 業 務 權 責 爭 議 時 , 透 過 協調 釐 清 主 管 機 關 之 作 為 , 促 使 政 府 部 門 積 極 發 揮 職 能 。行 政 監 督 Administrative SupervisionWhen there is ambiguity in emerging consumer issues or in defining the duties amongvarious agencies, DCP will coordinate and designate which agency(s) shall take charge,in order to drive the governmental agencies to perform their duties aggressively.針 對 有 危 害 消 費 者 安 全 或 權 益 之 虞 的 商 品 或 服 務 ( 如 食 品 、 電 器 、 應節 食 品 、 陸 上 運 輸 、 二 手 商 品 ), 以 及 有 公 共 安 全 顧 慮 之 營 業 場 所 ( 如 大賣 場 、 視 聽 歌 唱 場 所 、 補 習 班 、 老 人 安 養 院 等 ), 本 處 消 費 者 保 護 官 協 同地 方 政 府 消 費 者 保 護 官 實 施 抽 檢 ( 驗 ) 或 調 查 , 並 公 布 查 核 之 結 果 及 採 行14教 育 宣 導 Consumer Education持 續 推 動 消 費 新 生 活 運 動 , 透 過 各 種 宣 導 媒 介 及 活 動 , 宣 導「 危 險 公 共 場 所 不 去 」、「 標 示 不 全 商 品 不 買 」、「 問 題 食品 藥 品 不 吃 」、「 消 費 資 訊 要 充 實 」、「 消 費 行 為 要 合理 」、「 消 費 受 害 要 申 訴 」、「1950 專 線 要 記 牢 」、「 消保 活 動 要 參 與 」、「 爭 取 權 益 要 團 結 」、「 綠 色 消 費 要 力行 」 之 三 不 七 要 守 則 , 並 依 據 消 費 爭 議 申 訴 類 型 、 新 興 消 費 議 題及 政 府 之 創 新 消 費 者 保 護 措 施 , 設 定 不 同 的 宣 導 主 題 。DCP continuously promotes the Consumer New LifeMovement through a variety of promotional channels andactivities to spread the following messages (the ‘3 Don’ts and7 Dos’ principles):‘Don’t go to dangerous public places.’‘Don’t buy inadequately labeled products.’‘Don’t take questionable food and medicine.’‘Do enhance knowledge of consumer information.’‘Do consume rationally.’‘Do register a consumer complaint in case you areharmed.’‘Do remember the 1950 hotline.’‘Do participate in consumer protection activities.’‘Do from groups to struggle for your interests.’‘Do practice green consumption.’必 要 的 保 護 措 施 。The consumer ombudsmen of DCP and local governments worktogether to spot check, inspect and/or survey those goods or servicesthat are often considered to possibly hurt consumers’ safety or interests(e.g., food, electric appliances, festival foods, ground transportation, and second-handproducts), and those places that have risks (e.g, shopping malls, KTVs, cram schools,nursing homes, etc.).
