Increasing educational, cultural and knowledge levels of young people bymeans of overseas education and providing the return of their benefits to the society.Targets• To apply current exchange and educational programs conducted for thepurpose of foreign education to different groups such as high-school students etc. apart fromundergraduate students.• To increase scholarship opportunities given to young people who want to studyabroad and to include non-governmental organizations and the private sector in this processby encouraging them to finance scholarships for students.10
