• To develop equipment aimed at meeting the needs of athletes in camp trainingcentres, such as performance, psycho-social, health, biomechanical, sports medicine,anthropometric, nutrition, physiotherapy and etc.• To increase and continue the applications aimed at meeting the needs of highperformance athletes and trainers such as financial support, material, accommodation,transportation, nutrition and etc.• To develop systems that talented athletes will be able to carry out theireducational and sports studies together.• To take measures facilitating the entry of successful athletes into highereducation.• By applying additional lecture and study programmes for the students whoseeducation fail due to camps or competitions, to reduce the concern of their families on theireducation.• To identify, train and support of trainers who will be able to train elite athletesand who will participate in international competitions, will have important roles on bringingsuccessful results to our country by planning for these athletes to reach their highestperformance levels in competition periods.• To educate talented athletes who can select elite athletics supported by thescholarship.• Athlete Camp Education centres for talented athletes to prepare for eliteathletics, to organize the physical conditions of these centres according to the internationalstandards.• To develop a programme for the talented athletes selected for the national teamand accommodated in camp education centres to be taken under social security and to providefinancial opportunities throughout their school and athletic lives.StakeholdersThe Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry ofHealth, Local Authorities, The Council of Higher Education, Universities, Sports Federationsand Non-Governmental Organizations.4.
