The B.KWK is non-profit. It pursues its goals by:
Facilitating dialogue amongst professional groups and
institutions
Minimizing deficient information exchange and perma-
nently establishing the practice of cogeneration among
policymakers, market actors and the population at large
Providing consulting and support for interested persons
and institutions
Encouraging and developing scientific and technical
innovations
Hosting information days, workshops, and conferences
organizing booths at trade fairs and exhibitions dedicated
to the cogeneration topic

CnG services Ltd
CnG services Ltd (“CsL”) supports the development of new
anaerobic digester projects including a range of utilisation op-
tions for biogas:
Use to generate electricity in “good quality” CHP
Clean-up of biogas to produce biomethane
Injection of biomethane into gas distribution networks (BtG)
Production of compressed biomethane (CBM) for use as fuel
in road vehicles
Development of small scale biogas to CBM plants
support to introduction of biomethane fuelled vehicles (we
are working with vW, MB and Iveco)
We also support the sale of biomethane to UK energy suppliers.
CsL describes the above as “Green Gas” initiatives.
CsL is independent from manufacturers of aD plants, CHP
plants, gas clean-up plants, compression plant manufacturers
and the vehicle manufacturers.
CsL is developing the UK’s first Biomethane to Grid projects and
has clients including United Utilities, Thames Water, Kelda,
Centrica, scotia Gas networks and northern Gas networks.
