In the biogas business area, Windwärts Energie GmbH develops<br />
projects from testing feasibility to securing sites and feed<br />
stock used, through to implementation and launch. It ensures<br />
sustainable funding and also remains responsible for the<br />
continuous operation of the systems. In addition, projects in all<br />
development stages are assumed.<br />
The company plans biogas plants with a direct feeding-in of<br />
biogas into the natural gas network with a power of at least<br />
300 m3 /h of biomethane or a power of 500 kW with local heat<br />
el<br />
utilisation. a special focus is on active and open communication<br />
with residents and business partners, as well as close cooperation<br />
with municipalities and farmers.<br />
Windwärts Energie GmbH was founded in 1994, employs<br />
a workforce of 71 in Germany and has realized total of 124<br />
wind turbines and 24 photovoltaic plants with an total capacity<br />
of 215 MW.<br />
