MT-BioMethan GmbH
Corporate.portrait..
MT-BioMethan GmbH was founded in May, 2008. The company,
originally an offshoot from the former gas treatment business
division of MT-Energie GmbH & Co. KG, supplies a complete
range of services in gas refinement and feeding.
The facilities are manufactured in series with three parallel
manufacturing stations at our new location in Zeven. We have
the combined knowhow and experience of twenty-five specialists
from the energy industry, plant construction and process as
well as chemical engineering on our staff.
MT-BioMethan GmbH gas refinement technology is based on
the BCM-Process® designed by DGE Dr. Ing. Günther Engineering
GmbH based in Wittenberg, a non-pressurised amine washing
process that refines biogas to natural gas grade for feeding
into the gas supply network. Unlike conventional refinement
processes, the BCM-Process® excels in extremely low methane
losses of less than 0.1 percent while reaching very high methane
concentrations in excess of 99 percent.
