The fact that I was fluent in the Arabic Language alsohelped a lot in communicating with the Client.During the preparation of the Conceptual Design after the completion of the programming phase, I came up with theidea of creating a gallery for the male students on the north side and one for the female students on the south side andthe classrooms and labs in between was where the students could meet to attend certain courses. Professor Tangesaid “follow Take’s concept” – I was delighted!We also hired the same Engineering Office in Beirut, Lebanon for the Structural Design and MEP Systems.Again, I would coordinate my trips to Beirut for the Qatar Project and the University Project. I was travelling 70% of thetime between Naples, Doha and Beirut.This was the first University in the Arab Gulf with Male and Female. Students. Recently, our Tokyo Office designed theCollege of Engineering to be added to the existing Campus.
