Where an appeal against dismissal fails, the effective dateof termination of employment will be the date on which you were originally dismissed.Right to be accompaniedYou are entitled to be accompanied at formal dismissal meetings by a companion, who may bea Staff Representative or another <strong>FCA</strong> employee of your choice who may be a friend orcolleague. Please note that the fellow employee should not be a member of the HR Division.Alternatively, you may be accompanied by a Trade Union official.
