c. To examine the feasibility of adopting international corporate governance standard and
corporate social responsibility principles of banks in Bangladesh.

Corporate Governance in Banks, Internal Auditing, Reporting and Transparency.
b. Corporate Social Responsibility- Economics of Corporate Social Responsibility,
Responsibility to Society and other Stakeholders, Environmental Responsibility, Principles
of Social Responsibility.
c. Status of Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility Practices in Banks
in Bangladesh, Regulatory Requirements, Feasibility of Adopting International Standard.
