collection and repayment systems relating to PPP financing.

Infrastructure as well as Economic Development.
b. PPP Legal and Regulatory Framework- National Policy, Legislative Framework; Government
Regulatory Roles vs. Role of Service Provider; Legal, Procurement, Contracting and
Evaluation Approaches.
c. PPP Institutional Framework- Main Drivers for PPP Structure; Institutions involvement in
PPP Structure & their Role and Responsibilities.
d. Financing Infrastructure Projects- Concepts, Modes of Financing and Importance; Financial
Models for PPP Projects, High-tech Financial Instruments and Structuring of PPP Projects,
Developing Project Life Cycle, Project Feasibility Study, Revenue Collection and Ballooning
Repayment System.
e. Risk Analysis - Identification, Measurement and Risk Mitigation.
f. Environmental and Social Impact- Environmental Guidelines and Social Impact of
Infrastructure Projects.
