He was appointed toour Board of Directors on 26 July 2006 andis in charge of our Group’s overall strategicdirections and managing our day-to-daybusiness operations. As a recognition of hiscontribution to the PRC chemical fertiliserindustry, Mr Liu is currently the Vice Chairmanof China Nitrogen Fertiliser IndustryAssociation. He was awarded the “HenanProvince Outstanding Private EnterpriseEntrepreneur” by Chinese Communist Partyof Henan Provincial Committee and People’sGovernment of Henan Province in 2005 and2006. Mr Liu graduated from the XinxiangBroadcasting and Television University in July1984 with a Diploma in Arts. Subsequently,he obtained EMBA (Executive Masterof Business Administration) degree fromBeijing University Guanghua ManagementSchool in 2006.Ms Yan YunhuaChief Financial Officerand Executive DirectorShe has been the Deputy GeneralManager of XLX Chem (in charge of Finance)and XLX Fertiliser since 2003 and2006 respectively. She is in charge of all financialmatters within our Group. She wasappointed to our Board of Directors on 10November 2006. She has more than 14 yearsof accounting and finance experience. MsYan joined the accounting department ofHenan Xinxiang Chemical Factory in December1997 as Head of Accounting Team andwas Deputy Head of Finance Division fromMarch 1998 to October 2000. Ms Yan wasDeputy Chief Accountant from November2000 to July 2003 before being promoted toChief Accountant and Deputy General Managerin August 2003 after the managementbuyout.
