Also over threequarters of the stakeholders believe that the Glenburn Centre is very successful orsuccessful in its accessibility. Additionally, over three quarters of the respondentsbelieved that the staff at the Glenburn Centre are very successful or successful inbeing friendly and approachable towards its users. Furthermore, over two thirds ofthe respondents believed that the Gleburn Centre is very successful or successful intheir environmental awareness.<strong>The</strong>se figures would suggest that the Glenburn Centre is successful in meeting theirvalues. Although three of the partners rated the professional side of the Centre aseither unsuccessful or very unsuccessful, they also rated the accessibility of theGlenburn Centre as being unsuccessful or very unsuccessful. Furthermore, thesepartners also seemed to believe that the staff at the Glenburn Centre wereunsuccessful or very unsuccessful at being friendly and approachable. However, onreading these respondents comments, one of them commented; “I have alwaysfound ERA very friendly and accessible.” Another partner stated; “We have used the19
