Youth are notallowed in workout areas.Must be 14 years old to participate ingroup exercise classes and use cardio orfree weight equipment.14-15 year olds members must have ateen orientation prior to using the facility.Students 18-25 years must be enrolled incollege on a full-time basis and provideproof of enrollment each semester.Adults 19-61 years must show proof ofresiding at the same address to puchaseadditional adult passes.Seniors 62+ years Senior couple pass isdefined as two adults residing at the sameaddress – one person must be 62+ years.All patrons under 18 years old must have awaiver signed by a parent or legal guardianprior to using the facility.Details• EFT - Electronic Funds Transferfor membership fees are paid viaautomatic debit from credit or debitcards. Drafts occur on the first of themonth.Refunds, Cancellation & Holds• Refunds are not available for 30-day, weekly or daily passes.• Refunds are not available for memberships paid in full.• Cancellations for annual contracts with monthly EFT are only available for the followingconditions: military deployment, medical condition, permanent relocation (more than 20miles away). Documentation may be required.• After initial year, thirty day cancellation notice is required for all annual contracts withEFT billing.• Membership holds are available for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days,one time annually. A $15 processing fee applies. Any membership put on hold during theinitial 12 months of membership will have the membership extended by the same numberof months that the membership was put on hold. No memberships may be cancelled whileon hold.
