Proposed first and final dividend of Rs. 3.00 per share is to be declared on June 26, 2009 and will be payable on July
3, 2009. In accordance with the rules of the Colombo Stock Exchange the shares of the Company will be quoted exdividend
with effect from June 29, 2009.
