| STRONG | Onwards and Upwards – Approaching 2015 In 2009 The Clancy Group established a Strategic Forum consisting of Directors, Senior Management and professionals from the HS&E team - to facilitate a ‘Step Change’ in the companies HS&E performance. The Forum is challenged with turning business aspiration into business reality! The Forum consists of : Jane Confrey, Martin Cross, Ian Housley, Seamus Keogh, Steve Lyons, Tony Newton, Colin Waugh and Colin Wilkinson. At the most recent Forum meeting, details of the proposed ‘Step Change’ in Approaching 2015 and beyond were agreed. The view was also reinforced that the Forum is fundamental in driving those improvements in HS&E performance. Having considered the challenge from the Board of seeking this The Road Map will enable the company to chart progress in our approach to HSE management across the business ‘Step Change’, the HS&E team proposed the adoption of the ‘Road Map To Excellence’ (RMTE) as the tool by which the continual improvement we seek can be demonstrated. The Road Map will enable the company to chart progress in our approach to HS&E management across the business and the resultant improvement in performance in all accepted indicators, (i.e. Accident Frequency Rates (AFR), Service Strike Rates etc.). Changes to management arrangements with regard to HS&E were discussed and reviewed at the meeting, including the role they have to play if objectives and targets are to be achieved. Elements include: ● Behaviour Based Safety (MindSafety TM ) ● Formal Review Meetings - post Service Strike ● Competence Levels ● Smart Surveys – Planned / Project Work This is a representative graphic for the company displaying the groups approach to 2015.
