In what application categories does precoating with FHM 1500 offer<br />

Important: Precoating <strong>and</strong> compression without cleaning. In accordance with<br />
the relevant DIN safety data sheet, wearing a respirator mask of protection<br />
level FFP1 is recommended when h<strong>and</strong>ling the FHM 1500.<br />
• Plasma / flame <strong>and</strong> laser-cutting of metals<br />
• Welding<br />
• Cleanable “police <strong>fi</strong>lter” stages<br />
• Sticky dusts<br />
• Coating processes like spray-galvanizing, spray-aluminizing<br />

• To improve the cleaning characteristics<br />
• For lower stable pressure drops<br />

• With Filtering Aid 1500 as a one-off routine on new <strong>fi</strong>lter cartridges<br />

• Precoating duration: Minimum 15 min. compression with process dust to<br />
