Application
Viledon ® HEPA fi lters of fi lter class H14 are used in intake, exhaust and recirculated
air fi ltration in air-conditioning systems with stringent requirements for clean
air quality and sterility, e. g.
• In sophisticated air-conditioning technology (operating theaters, intensive
care units in hospitals, laboratories, cleanrooms, etc.)
• In sensitive and highly sensitive industrial processes
Characteristics and pluses
• The fi lter media used are high-arrestance micro-glass-fi ber papers.
• The MiniPleat technology employed ensures fl ow-friendly geometry and
equidistance of the pleats, with homogeneous media velocity coupled with a
very low pressure drop. This means particularly cost-effi cient and dependable
operation plus a quasi-laminar outfl ow.
• Each fi lter is tested in accordance with EN 1822, and delivered together with
the corresponding test certifi cate.
• The frame consists of MDF (medium-density fi ber panel) and is fully incinerable.
• The fi lter elements are non-corroding and disposal-friendly, since there are no
metal parts.
• Endlessly and homogeneously foamed-on polyurethane seal; on request
available with fl at seal.
• On request with protection grid.
