Respirator fi lters
Filter media for respirators | Fine dust
Key data
Filter medium
FA types: PP fi bers, thermally bonded; Separet types: PP / PAN fi bers, mechanically bonded
Special features
Separet fi lter media for respirators provide high arrestance effi ciency coupled
with low breath resistance. The extremely low breath resistance means the
fi ltering area can be kept small.
Other advantages of the Separet fi lter media for respirators:
• Low production costs for masks thanks to easy handling of the single-layered
material
• Low production costs for masks, since by reason of the low breath resistance
no exhalation valve is required
• Higher consumer acceptance levels, thanks to the masks’ extremely low
breath resistance
