The Viledon ® NanoPleat <strong>fi</strong> lter, thanks to its innovative hybrid-synthetic nano<strong>fi</strong> ber<br />

(HSN) technology, ensures superlative results in sophisticated air-conditioning<br />

technology. Wherever stringent requirements apply in terms of clean air quality,<br />

operational dependability, <strong>and</strong> cost-ef<strong>fi</strong> ciency, this premium <strong>fi</strong> lter sets new<br />

st<strong>and</strong>ards.<br />

Special features<br />

• Extremely sturdy: a signi<strong>fi</strong> cantly higher withst<strong>and</strong> capability than conventional<br />

glass-<strong>fi</strong> ber-paper <strong>fi</strong> lters of this kind.<br />

•Simple h<strong>and</strong>ling: thanks to the sturdy construction, installation is considerably<br />

easier.<br />

• Highly water-repellent: the <strong>fi</strong> lter is moisture-resistant up to 100 % relative<br />

humidity <strong>and</strong> extremely hydrophobic. Water droplets roll off the <strong>fi</strong> lter; the<br />

pressure drop shows only a marginal <strong>and</strong> temporary rise.<br />

• Microbiologically inactive, conforms to VDI Guideline 6022: Viledon ®<br />

NanoPleat meets all the relevant criteria in terms of hygiene requirements.<br />

It is thus ideal for use in sensitive applications, e. g. the food <strong>and</strong> beverage<br />

industries (particularly in humid environments entailed by the production process<br />

involved), pharmaceuticals, chemicals, <strong>and</strong> in operating theaters <strong>and</strong> intensive<br />

care units.<br />

• Cost savings: consistently high arrestance with ef<strong>fi</strong> cient, energy-economical<br />

operating characteristics <strong>and</strong> long lifetime.<br />

• Eco-friendliness: the entire <strong>fi</strong> lter element is free of metals, halogens <strong>and</strong><br />

glass-<strong>fi</strong> bers, <strong>and</strong> is therefore fully incinerable, leaving almost no residues<br />
