How does <strong>the</strong> successful completion<br />
of Phase I influence <strong>the</strong> future of<br />
<strong>Mount</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Sales</strong> Aca<strong>de</strong>my?<br />
It shows progress, which gets<br />
people excited and makes people<br />
realize that <strong>the</strong> future of <strong>Mount</strong> <strong>de</strong><br />
<strong>Sales</strong> is bright.<br />
What does <strong>the</strong> success of Phase I<br />
tell you about <strong>the</strong> next 160 years at<br />
<strong>Mount</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Sales</strong> Aca<strong>de</strong>my?<br />
Because <strong>the</strong> <strong>Mount</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Sales</strong><br />
community showed such incredible<br />
passion for <strong>the</strong> success of Phase I, it<br />
endorses <strong>the</strong> mission of <strong>the</strong> school<br />
and helps ensure that MDSA will be<br />
here for <strong>the</strong> next 160 years.<br />
Why was Phase I an important<br />
launching point for our Campaign?<br />
Phase I was crucial because of <strong>the</strong><br />
convent. The Sisters are an integral<br />
part of <strong>the</strong> formation of <strong>the</strong> stu<strong>de</strong>nts<br />
and important in carrying out <strong>the</strong><br />
mission of <strong>the</strong> school. Without <strong>the</strong><br />
convent, we would not be able<br />
to accommodate <strong>the</strong> Sisters in a<br />
hospitable environment. Also,<br />
Phase I i<strong>de</strong>ntified three basic needs<br />
of <strong>the</strong> school, and <strong>the</strong> fact that we<br />
were able to complete Phase I in<br />
such a short period of time gave<br />
confi<strong>de</strong>nce to <strong>the</strong> community that<br />
we could accomplish anything.<br />
How does Phase I impact <strong>the</strong> lives<br />
and experiences of MDSA stu<strong>de</strong>nts?<br />
In my opinion, we i<strong>de</strong>ntified some<br />
of <strong>the</strong> minor issues that <strong>the</strong> school<br />
nee<strong>de</strong>d to address that would have<br />
some of <strong>the</strong> greatest impact on <strong>the</strong><br />
girls and give <strong>the</strong>m <strong>the</strong> ability to<br />
thrive at <strong>the</strong> school. The completion<br />
of Phase I will continue to impact<br />
<strong>the</strong> lives of <strong>the</strong> stu<strong>de</strong>nts here for<br />
many, many years to come.<br />

How does <strong>the</strong> successful completion<br />
of Phase I influence <strong>the</strong> future of<br />
<strong>Mount</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Sales</strong> Aca<strong>de</strong>my?<br />
The completion of Phase I proves<br />
we can achieve bigger dreams. It<br />
was a big achievement and shows<br />
that anything can be done here at<br />
MDSA. It also puts Phase III, <strong>the</strong><br />
Fine Arts Building, that much closer,<br />
which is very important to me as a<br />
member of <strong>the</strong> orchestra.<br />
What does <strong>the</strong> success of Phase I<br />
tell you about <strong>the</strong> next 160 years at<br />
<strong>Mount</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Sales</strong> Aca<strong>de</strong>my?<br />
God will always be with us in<br />
everything we do. It speaks to<br />
Divine Provi<strong>de</strong>nce, which will also<br />
always be present at <strong>Mount</strong> <strong>de</strong><br />
<strong>Sales</strong> Aca<strong>de</strong>my.<br />
Why was Phase I an important<br />
launching point for our Campaign?<br />
The Sisters are <strong>the</strong> backbone of our<br />
school, so Phase I allows <strong>the</strong> Sisters<br />
to prosper and continue to teach<br />
and form <strong>the</strong> stu<strong>de</strong>nts of <strong>Mount</strong> <strong>de</strong><br />
<strong>Sales</strong>.<br />
How does Phase I impact <strong>the</strong> lives<br />
and experiences of MDSA stu<strong>de</strong>nts?<br />
The environment is different! The<br />
classroom temperatures are so<br />
much better. Therefore, it is much<br />
easier to focus on class. I am<br />
happy with no more changing <strong>from</strong><br />
blazer to coats just to keep warm.<br />
It makes me really glad to see <strong>the</strong><br />
changes because it shows <strong>the</strong> future<br />
is bright and school will continue<br />
to do great when my class has<br />
graduated.<br />
