country's capital, august 2013; honored for his work with the country’s youth…actively involved in
supporting a junior hockey club, druzhba-78, in Ukraine, as well as youth hockey programs in
Lithuania, and has hosted the youngsters at prudential center in years past…has been the only
Lithuanian player in the NhL since d. Kasparaitis retired following the 2006-07 season…With the help
of NhLpa’s Goals and Dreams Foundation, brought hockey equipment to his home country, summer
