PETER S.McMULLEN — EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS<br />
Currently in his 16th season as executive vice president of the<br />
Devils and 32nd year with the organization…Responsibilities<br />
include office operations, purchasing and scheduling; works<br />
closely with Devils Arena Entertainment and Prudential<br />
Center…Represents Devils at the Newark Regional Business<br />
Partnership and with other local organizations…Previously<br />
served organization as vice president, operations/human<br />
resources, 1987-1998; director, marketing department<br />
operations, 1985-1987; marketing administrative assistant,<br />
1984-1985; and sales representative, 1982-1983…Graduate of<br />
Boston College’s Carroll School of Management (Chestnut Hill,<br />
MA) in 1981; received bachelor of science degree in marketing<br />
and human resources…Played lacrosse while at B.C…A 1977<br />
graduate of Montclair Kimberley Academy where he<br />
participated in athletics…A lifelong resident of Essex<br />
County…Peter and his wife, Cheryl, have two children: Elise,<br />

DAVID CONTE— EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT,<br />
HOCKEY OPERATIONS/DIRECTOR, SCOUTING<br />
Entering 30th season with Devils, 21st as team’s director of<br />
scouting...Promoted to executive vice president September<br />
2006; was appointed to head scouting post August 5,<br />
1993...Responsible for supervising and administering all<br />
scouting activities, making assignments, and coordinating<br />
player evaluations...Spent previous eight seasons as Devils’<br />
assistant director of player personnel prior to summer 1993<br />
promotion...Joined organization in 1984-85, serving as a fulltime<br />
scout; performance that year earned him the move up to<br />
assistant director...Joined Devils following five years of service<br />
as scout for the Washington Capitals, having been originally<br />
hired by then Caps’ GM Max McNab...Has special expertise in<br />
evaluating collegiate and European talent...A graduate of<br />
Colgate University, was his team’s alternate captain and MVP<br />
during 1970-71 senior season...Ended collegiate career as school’s second all-time leading<br />
scorer...Recipient of Colgate’s Silver Puck Award, December 2008…A centerman, followed his<br />
undergraduate career by playing five seasons in Europe: two in Finland; two in Italy; one in<br />
Spain...European teammates included former NHLers Jari Kurri and Kari Eloranta and<br />
current Devils’ Scout Timo Blomqvist, as he began to develop extensive network of<br />
contacts...65 years of age...Has one son, 26-year-old Jeremy...Resides in York, Maine.<br />
CHRIS LAMORIELLO — SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT,<br />
HOCKEY OPERATIONS/GENERAL MANAGER,<br />
ALBANY & SCOUT<br />
Entering 13th season in dual role as general manager of the<br />
Devils’ development team, and 18th season as a member of<br />
New Jersey’s scouting staff…Named to current post<br />
September 2001, adding to his duties as scout…Serves as<br />
alternate governor for AHL franchise; had previously<br />
represented team at ECHL level…In his sixth year as a<br />
member of the AHL’s competition committee; served as<br />
chairman in 2010-11...Covers all levels of hockey throughout<br />
the United States, Canada and Europe…A 1994 graduate of<br />
Providence College; earned a B.A. degree in history…Played<br />
both hockey and baseball at P.C…Played right wing in hockey<br />
and first base in baseball…Spent the 1994-95 season as an<br />
assistant hockey coach at St. Raphael Academy (Pawtucket, RI)…A 1990 graduate of<br />
LaSalle Academy (Providence, RI), where he played/captained both the hockey and baseball<br />
teams…40 years old; born in Providence, RI…Chris and his wife, Vicki, have three<br />
daughters, nine-year-old Mary Anastasia, seven-year-old Anastasia Carina and two-year-old<br />
Carina Mary.<br />
STEPHEN PELLEGRINI — VICE PRESIDENT, HOCKEY OPERATIONS<br />
In eighth season with Devils and 23rd year in National Hockey<br />
League; joined organization August 2006…Works closely with<br />
General Manager Lou Lamoriello on all hockey-related<br />
matters, including contract negotiation/salary arbitration<br />
preparation, collective bargaining agreement/salary cap<br />
compliance…Also oversees hockey administration at Albany<br />
(AHL); previously served in similar capacity in ECHL…Spent<br />
eight seasons as group vice president of the NHL’s Central<br />
Registry Department (1998-2006), where he served on the<br />
league’s CBA negotiating committee; duties included CBA<br />
rules and regulation enforcement…Served Edmonton Oilers as<br />
director of hockey administration from 1995 through 1998;<br />
originally joined NHL’s CR Department in 1991…Earned his<br />
graduate degree in sports administration from Montreal’s<br />
Concordia University in 1991…Received his undergraduate<br />
degree in history from King’s College at The University of<br />
Western Ontario…Upon graduation, worked in school’s registrar’s office while serving as<br />
assistant soccer coach…Born in Sarnia, Ont.<br />

MIKE LEVINE— SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, COMMUNICATIONS<br />

Entering 28th season in NHL and with organization, 11th<br />
season as Devils’ vice president, communications...Spent the<br />
previous 17 seasons holding various positions within the Devils’<br />
Communications Department, including time spent as the<br />
club’s senior director of media relations during the 1994-95<br />
Stanley Cup season...Has edited the Devils’ Media Guide since<br />
1989-90; publication has been honored by the Professional<br />
Hockey Writers’ Association seven times during that<br />
span...Also received PHWA Dick Dillman Award for best press<br />
box/game night operations in 1994-95...Was also responsible for<br />
scheduling appearances of the Stanley Cup the summer of<br />
’95...A January 1987 graduate of St. John’s University (New<br />
York) where he received a bachelor of science degree in athletic<br />
administration...Also holds an associate of applied sciences<br />
degree in architectural technology from the New York Institute<br />
of Technology…51 years old…Married, wife’s name is<br />
Marie...The couple resides in Nutley, NJ.<br />
