PRuDenTIAL CenTeR InFORmATIOn<br />

SAFETY WARNING: SAFETY WARNING: Please be aware that under some circumstances, pucks, hockey sticks and other<br />
objects might be propelled with enough force to cause serious injury to spectators. Stay alert for your safety and that of the<br />
children in your care, including during warm up, during play and after play stops. Any ticket holder who is concerned with his or<br />
her seat location because of safety from such injury should consult a box office representative for seating alternatives. If you are<br />
struck, immediately ask the nearest usher for help and directions to the medical station.<br />
ANIMALS<br />
Only service dogs, either certified or in-training, will be permitted<br />
in Prudential Center. All other animals are prohibited.<br />
ATM’s<br />
There are seven PNC Bank ATM’s located throughout Prudential<br />
Center. The locations are as follows; one in the Box Office, four<br />
on the Main Concourse and two on the Upper Concourse.<br />
BAG/SECURITYSEARCH<br />
All patrons are subject to a bag search and security check. Plan<br />
on passing through security before each event and figure this<br />
into your arrival time for events.<br />
BANNERSANDSIGNS<br />
Signs and banners are allowed if they do not block the view of<br />
other guests. Any arena signage must meet the approval of<br />
Prudential Center Management.<br />
BOXOFFICE<br />
Prudential Center Box Office is located inside the arena at the<br />
corner of Mulberry Street and Edison Place. You can enter from<br />
the corner of Mulberry Street and Edison Place, next to PNC<br />
Bank Tower. Box Office hours are 11am - 6pm, Monday through<br />
Saturday and closed on Sundays.<br />
CAMERAS/CAMCORDERS<br />
Small, non-professional, still cameras may be brought into<br />
Prudential Center. Please note that for certain events cameras<br />
may not be allowed into the arena. Video, audio, and<br />
professional camera and recording devices are prohibited. Fans<br />
may not reproduce any film, digital, video or audio recording for<br />
commercial purposes without the express written consent of<br />
Prudential Center.<br />
CELLPHONES<br />
Cell phones are allowed inside Prudential Center, however we<br />
request you use the public concourse areas to make and receive<br />
calls.<br />
CONCESSIONLOCATIONS<br />
There are ten permanent concession stand locations in the<br />
arena, in addition to a number of portable food and beverage<br />
locations on each level.<br />
DOOROPENINGS<br />
Arena doors will open approximately 60 minutes prior to the start<br />
of the event but times will vary per event. Please check<br />
www.prucenter.com to see when doors open.<br />
ELEVATOR/ESCALATOR<br />
There are elevators and escalators located throughout<br />
Prudential Center allowing easy access to all levels of the arena.<br />
EMERGENCIES<br />
In the event you need emergency attention, please notify the<br />
nearest security guard, usher, ticket taker or go to Guest<br />
Services located on the concourse at sections 9, 1<strong>14</strong> and 2<strong>14</strong>.<br />
ENTRANCES<br />
There are three main entrances to Prudential Center:<br />
PNC Bank Tower, Mulberry Street and Edison Place; Southeast<br />
Tower, Mulberry and Lafayette Streets; adjacent to the practice<br />
rink on Lafayette Street.<br />
EVACUATION<br />
When you arrive, please take a moment to find the two closest<br />
exits to your section. In the event of an emergency evacuation,<br />
please follow the direction of Prudential Center staff members to<br />
exit the arena in a safe manner.<br />
FIRSTAID<br />
First Aid stations are located on the Main Concourse and the<br />
Upper Concourse.<br />
Main Concourse – Outside the Ice Lounge at Sections 8 & 9<br />
Upper Concourse – Outside Sections 115 and 215<br />
During events, the first aid stations are staffed by paramedics. If<br />
for any reason you are unable to make it to the first aid rooms,<br />
please summon a Guest Services staff member and they will<br />
alert first aid.<br />
GUESTSERVICES<br />
Guest Services locations are available to answer your questions,<br />
collect lost and found, provide Assisted Listening Devices and<br />
provide assistance to guests. In addition, Guest Services can<br />
assist with finding lost guests and providing wheelchair escorts<br />
during events. There are two locations for Guest Services.<br />
GUESTSWITHDISABILITIES<br />
Prudential Center has a unique building design which allows full<br />
access for guests with special needs and disabilities including an<br />
entrance designed for easy access into and out of the building<br />
for transportation.<br />
INTERNET<br />

INTOXICATEDGUESTS<br />
Prudential Center has the right to refuse entry to any guest<br />
deemed intoxicated upon arrival to the arena. In addition,<br />
Prudential Center staff has the right to remove any guest from<br />
the premises who is intoxicated and causing a disturbance or is<br />
potentially dangerous to himself/herself or other guests.<br />
LOSTANDFOUND<br />
All Lost and Found items will be collected at our Guest Services<br />
locations and held for one week.<br />
OUTSIDEFOOD&BEVERAGE<br />
No outside food, beverages, coolers, bottles or cans may be<br />
brought into Prudential Center.<br />
PARKING<br />
There is ample parking located within blocks of Prudential<br />
Center. Way-finding signage, Guest Services personnel and<br />
security will assist in getting you to your destination.<br />
PROHIBITEDITEMS<br />
For safety reasons, guests are refused entry if they are in<br />
possession of prohibited items. Illegal items will be confiscated<br />
and turned over to the police. If a guest is found inside the<br />
arena with prohibited items, the items will be confiscated and the<br />
guest may be ejected from the facility. Guests with specific or<br />
special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious<br />
requirements should contact the Prudential Center Guest<br />
Services Department prior to the event.<br />

aerosol cans, animals/pets (except service animals), audio/video<br />
recording equipment, balloons and beach balls, cans, bottles,<br />
glass or other beverage containers, chains, studded bracelets,<br />
etc., coolers or ice chests, illegal drugs, large bags and purses,<br />
laser pens and pointers, noisemaking devices (i.e. whistles, air<br />
horns), outside food and beverage, professional photography<br />
equipment, poles to display banners, flags, etc., skateboards<br />
and/or rollerblades, un-approved pamphlets, handouts,<br />
advertisements, etc., weapons (i.e. pepper spray, tear gas,<br />
handcuffs, stun guns, etc.). Any other item deemed to be<br />
inappropriate or dangerous by Prudential Center Management.<br />
This list is subject to change.<br />
PUBLICTRANSPORTATION<br />
Prudential Center is easily accessible by NJ Transit trains, light<br />
rail, bus, PATH and Amtrak. Newark Penn Station is located a<br />
short two blocks east of the arena. To exit the arena towards<br />
Newark’s Penn Station, head to the northeast corner of the<br />
building near sections 20-22, 130-133 or 231-233. To get on the<br />
buses to Broad Street Station, exit onto Edison Place or<br />
Lafayette Street and go 1/2 block west to Broad Street.<br />
RE-ENTRY<br />
Prudential Center has a no re-entry policy during events.<br />
Exceptions are made in the cases of medical reasons or<br />
returning prohibited items to vehicles. In these cases, the guest<br />
must coordinate with a Guest Services Supervisor before exiting<br />
the arena. Ask the nearest usher or security representative to<br />
speak with a Guest Services Supervisor.<br />
RESTROOMS<br />
There are 25 women’s restrooms, 25 men’s restrooms, and<br />
seven family restrooms located throughout Prudential Center.<br />
SMOKING<br />
There is NO smoking allowed inside Prudential Center.<br />
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.<br />
STAIRS<br />
Stairwells are located in each of the four corners of the building<br />
and are accessible to every level of the arena.<br />
STROLLERS<br />
Small, fold-up umbrella strollers are allowed in Prudential<br />
Center. Fold-up strollers should be stored under your seat.<br />
Strollers that cannot fit under your seat will not be permitted.<br />
TEAMSTORE<br />
Devils Den is located near the Prudential Center Box Office on<br />
the corner of Mulberry Street and Edison Place. The Team Store<br />
is open daily and open for all Devils and Seton Hall games.<br />
TICKETING<br />
Any guest over one year of age must have a ticket in order to<br />
gain entrance to Prudential Center. Children under one year<br />
may enter without a ticket but must sit on their parent’s or<br />
guardian’s lap. Age restrictions vary per event, please visit<br />
www.prucenter.com to check ticket policies for your event.<br />
WILLCALL<br />
Box Office will call windows are located in the main box office<br />
area located just inside the PNC Bank Tower on Mulberry Street<br />
and Edison Place. To pick up will call tickets, you must present<br />
a valid photo ID. It is also recommended to bring the credit card<br />
used to purchase the tickets.<br />
