SAFETY WARNING: SAFETY WARNING: Please be aware that under some circumstances, pucks, hockey sticks and other
objects might be propelled with enough force to cause serious injury to spectators. Stay alert for your safety and that of the
children in your care, including during warm up, during play and after play stops. Any ticket holder who is concerned with his or
her seat location because of safety from such injury should consult a box office representative for seating alternatives. If you are
struck, immediately ask the nearest usher for help and directions to the medical station.
ANIMALS
Only service dogs, either certified or in-training, will be permitted
in Prudential Center. All other animals are prohibited.
ATM’s
There are seven PNC Bank ATM’s located throughout Prudential
Center. The locations are as follows; one in the Box Office, four
on the Main Concourse and two on the Upper Concourse.
BAG/SECURITYSEARCH
All patrons are subject to a bag search and security check. Plan
on passing through security before each event and figure this
into your arrival time for events.
BANNERSANDSIGNS
Signs and banners are allowed if they do not block the view of
other guests. Any arena signage must meet the approval of
Prudential Center Management.
BOXOFFICE
Prudential Center Box Office is located inside the arena at the
corner of Mulberry Street and Edison Place. You can enter from
the corner of Mulberry Street and Edison Place, next to PNC
Bank Tower. Box Office hours are 11am - 6pm, Monday through
Saturday and closed on Sundays.
CAMERAS/CAMCORDERS
Small, non-professional, still cameras may be brought into
Prudential Center. Please note that for certain events cameras
may not be allowed into the arena. Video, audio, and
professional camera and recording devices are prohibited. Fans
may not reproduce any film, digital, video or audio recording for
commercial purposes without the express written consent of
Prudential Center.
CELLPHONES
Cell phones are allowed inside Prudential Center, however we
request you use the public concourse areas to make and receive
calls.
CONCESSIONLOCATIONS
There are ten permanent concession stand locations in the
arena, in addition to a number of portable food and beverage
locations on each level.
DOOROPENINGS
Arena doors will open approximately 60 minutes prior to the start
of the event but times will vary per event. Please check
www.prucenter.com to see when doors open.
ELEVATOR/ESCALATOR
There are elevators and escalators located throughout
Prudential Center allowing easy access to all levels of the arena.
EMERGENCIES
In the event you need emergency attention, please notify the
nearest security guard, usher, ticket taker or go to Guest
Services located on the concourse at sections 9, 114 and 214.
ENTRANCES
There are three main entrances to Prudential Center:
PNC Bank Tower, Mulberry Street and Edison Place; Southeast
Tower, Mulberry and Lafayette Streets; adjacent to the practice
rink on Lafayette Street.
EVACUATION
When you arrive, please take a moment to find the two closest
exits to your section. In the event of an emergency evacuation,
please follow the direction of Prudential Center staff members to
exit the arena in a safe manner.
FIRSTAID
First Aid stations are located on the Main Concourse and the
Upper Concourse.
Main Concourse – Outside the Ice Lounge at Sections 8 & 9
Upper Concourse – Outside Sections 115 and 215
During events, the first aid stations are staffed by paramedics. If
for any reason you are unable to make it to the first aid rooms,
please summon a Guest Services staff member and they will
alert first aid.
GUESTSERVICES
Guest Services locations are available to answer your questions,
collect lost and found, provide Assisted Listening Devices and
provide assistance to guests. In addition, Guest Services can
assist with finding lost guests and providing wheelchair escorts
during events. There are two locations for Guest Services.
GUESTSWITHDISABILITIES
Prudential Center has a unique building design which allows full
access for guests with special needs and disabilities including an
entrance designed for easy access into and out of the building
for transportation.

INTOXICATEDGUESTS
Prudential Center has the right to refuse entry to any guest
deemed intoxicated upon arrival to the arena. In addition,
Prudential Center staff has the right to remove any guest from
the premises who is intoxicated and causing a disturbance or is
potentially dangerous to himself/herself or other guests.
LOSTANDFOUND
All Lost and Found items will be collected at our Guest Services
locations and held for one week.
OUTSIDEFOOD&BEVERAGE
No outside food, beverages, coolers, bottles or cans may be
brought into Prudential Center.
PARKING
There is ample parking located within blocks of Prudential
Center. Way-finding signage, Guest Services personnel and
security will assist in getting you to your destination.
PROHIBITEDITEMS
For safety reasons, guests are refused entry if they are in
possession of prohibited items. Illegal items will be confiscated
and turned over to the police. If a guest is found inside the
arena with prohibited items, the items will be confiscated and the
guest may be ejected from the facility. Guests with specific or
special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious
requirements should contact the Prudential Center Guest
Services Department prior to the event.

aerosol cans, animals/pets (except service animals), audio/video
recording equipment, balloons and beach balls, cans, bottles,
glass or other beverage containers, chains, studded bracelets,
etc., coolers or ice chests, illegal drugs, large bags and purses,
laser pens and pointers, noisemaking devices (i.e. whistles, air
horns), outside food and beverage, professional photography
equipment, poles to display banners, flags, etc., skateboards
and/or rollerblades, un-approved pamphlets, handouts,
advertisements, etc., weapons (i.e. pepper spray, tear gas,
handcuffs, stun guns, etc.). Any other item deemed to be
inappropriate or dangerous by Prudential Center Management.
This list is subject to change.
PUBLICTRANSPORTATION
Prudential Center is easily accessible by NJ Transit trains, light
rail, bus, PATH and Amtrak. Newark Penn Station is located a
short two blocks east of the arena. To exit the arena towards
Newark’s Penn Station, head to the northeast corner of the
building near sections 20-22, 130-133 or 231-233. To get on the
buses to Broad Street Station, exit onto Edison Place or
Lafayette Street and go 1/2 block west to Broad Street.
RE-ENTRY
Prudential Center has a no re-entry policy during events.
Exceptions are made in the cases of medical reasons or
returning prohibited items to vehicles. In these cases, the guest
must coordinate with a Guest Services Supervisor before exiting
the arena. Ask the nearest usher or security representative to
speak with a Guest Services Supervisor.
RESTROOMS
There are 25 women’s restrooms, 25 men’s restrooms, and
seven family restrooms located throughout Prudential Center.
SMOKING
There is NO smoking allowed inside Prudential Center.
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
STAIRS
Stairwells are located in each of the four corners of the building
and are accessible to every level of the arena.
STROLLERS
Small, fold-up umbrella strollers are allowed in Prudential
Center. Fold-up strollers should be stored under your seat.
Strollers that cannot fit under your seat will not be permitted.
TEAMSTORE
Devils Den is located near the Prudential Center Box Office on
the corner of Mulberry Street and Edison Place. The Team Store
is open daily and open for all Devils and Seton Hall games.
TICKETING
Any guest over one year of age must have a ticket in order to
gain entrance to Prudential Center. Children under one year
may enter without a ticket but must sit on their parent’s or
guardian’s lap. Age restrictions vary per event, please visit
www.prucenter.com to check ticket policies for your event.
WILLCALL
Box Office will call windows are located in the main box office
area located just inside the PNC Bank Tower on Mulberry Street
and Edison Place. To pick up will call tickets, you must present
a valid photo ID. It is also recommended to bring the credit card
used to purchase the tickets.
