2, 2010…Has participated in USA Hockey’s Welcome Back Week retention program for youth
players to continue playing hockey…Grew up in Greece, NY where his father owns a hardware
store; his first job growing up was working at a hockey camp…Boondock Saints is his favorite
movie, O.A.R. is his favorite band and he names grilled chicken with grilled corn as his favorite
meal…Was the subject of a profile piece for The Huffington Post during the 2012 Stanley Cup
