ELLA STIMPSON<br />

Ella Stimpson is <strong>the</strong> executive director<br />

of spa and salon operations at <strong>the</strong><br />

five-star and five-diamond Wynn Spa<br />

and Salon and Encore Spa and Salon<br />

at Wynn Las Vegas. In her role, she expertly<br />

plans and coordinates detailed<br />

tasks within stringent quality standards,<br />

hard deadlines and tough budgetary requirements.<br />

Prior to her role at Wynn Las Vegas, Ms. Stimpson served<br />

as an officer in <strong>the</strong> U.S. Army spending five years in<br />

Arizona, Korea, Italy and Georgia as an intelligence officer.<br />

After <strong>the</strong> birth of her children she earned a postgraduate<br />

degree in elementary education and taught 4th,<br />

6th and 7th grades. She went on to earn a master’s degree<br />

in administration, curriculum and development. A<br />

passion for fitness led her to <strong>the</strong> spa industry where she<br />

began a nine-year tenure at The Broadmoor Hotel in<br />

Colorado Springs, CO. Under Stimpson’s leadership The<br />

Broadmoor Spa earned a five-star rating on <strong>the</strong> Forbes<br />

Travel Guide.<br />
