CHARLES FADEL<br />
Charles Fadel is founder and Chairman of the Center for Curriculum Redesign at Harvard. He is a global education thought leader and expert,<br />
author and inventor. He is a Visiting Fellow at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education and Chair of the Education Committee of the Business<br />
and Industry Advisory Committee of the OECD. He is co-author of the best selling book, 21st Century Skills – Learning for Life in our time.<br />
UENUKU FAIRHALL<br />
Uenuku Fairhall has close to 30 years of teaching experience in both Māori-medium and English-medium settings and is currently Principal of<br />
Te Kura o Te Koutu. Uenuku is a graduate of West Vancouver High School and alum of The University of British Columbia and Auckland<br />
University. His school motto is Hei takawaenga toi iwi, hei takawaenga reo ā tātou tamariki mō āmuri – Our children will be cultural and<br />
linguistic brokers of the future.<br />
DAVE FAULKNER<br />
Dave Faulkner is CEO and Co-founder of Education Changemakers. He has led education change at the school, region and national level. His<br />
education leadership journey began at 24 as a school principal. Dave has built a powerful reputation as a leader who achieves strong outcomes<br />
across a range of education contexts including leadership of the Barkly Region, Australia’s largest education jurisdiction. He was named Young<br />
Australian of the Year (Western Australia) and Young Leader of the Year (Western Australia.) Dave works with thousands of educators and<br />
advises senior government leaders and leading philanthropists in Australia.<br />
MARGOT FOSTER<br />
Margot Foster has worked in South Australian public education for 35 years in leadership positions at school, district and state levels. She<br />
designed and led the Learning to Learn program, an initiative that gained an international reputation as a leading edge innovation focused on<br />
21C teaching and learning. This program resulted in the SA pedagogy policy, Teaching for Effective Learning (TfEL) Framework, 2010.<br />
Currently, as Director in the Learning Improvement Division, she leads the TfEL PILOT innovation exploring the acceleration of school<br />
improvement through partnerships with students.<br />
THOMAS GILLIFORD<br />
As part of the Creative Learning and Development team, Tom Gilliford works to accelerate the ideas of The Royal Society of the Arts into<br />
action. Tom engages with RSA’s 27,000 Fellows and other stakeholders to gather new ideas, catalyse projects and build movements.<br />
